Night School Classes

Complete the Permission Form with your Guidance Counsellor (adults need to bring in a copy of their high school transcript to show they have the pre-requisite).
Register in one of two ways:

• 1) On-line registration begins September 4, 2018 (Semester 1) at https://coned.hwcdsb.ca/
Log in or Create a new account (BE ACCURATE). Bring your signed permission form with you to the first night of class.

• 2) On-site registration will be held at the night school site from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on September 13, 2018 if you have NOT already registered on-line. You must have your signed permission form to register. For International Languages (Credit & General Interest), please come to St. Charles (150 East 5th St ) on September 17, 6-8pm

Please advise the Night School office if you have an IEP (Individual Education Plan) so we can better support your needs.

Schedule and Locations

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Semester 1: September 18, 2018 - November 8, 2018

Who May Apply

Night School provides adults and full or part time secondary students with an opportunity to attain new and upgrade credits.

ATTENDANCE
Prompt, daily attendance is expected. Students who incur more than 3 absences in a full credit course and 1.5 absences in a half credit or upgrade course will be withdrawn.

DRESS CODE
Clothing suitable for a school setting (at the discretion of the Principal).

Fees

Free for adults and Ontario secondary school students.

A book deposit of $100.00 (cheque only) made payable to St. Charles is required on the first day of class for most credit courses. The cheque will be returned upon receipt of the textbook at the end of the course.

Foreign VISA students (from outside of Canada): $1366.00 for a full credit course (cash or certified cheque only) or $653.00 for a half credit course, payable in full at registration.
